Our Process

Our current clients love our services and consistently contact us with repeat buisness and referrals. To get you more familiar with the way we work, here is a quick overview of our process:

When you call to request a proposal...

Our friendly administrative staff will ask for information on your building and any details you may want included in your floor plan. We will prepare and send a proposal for your consideration via fax or email; usually that same day.

Once you have accepted our proposal...

An experienced Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will contact you to schedule a convenient time for us to visit and measure your strucure. We will coordinate with your or your staff for access, hour, etc.

When we are at the job site...

One of our laser measurement technicians will measure the building structure using our state-of-the-art measuring equipment; noting wall placements, windows, doors, wall thickness, plumbing and any other specific features you requested in the proposal.

Following site measuring...

Back at our office our drafters will digitally reproduce the floorplan layout, to scale, based on field measurements using the AutoCAD software (the professional drafting and detailing standard). We will then send an electronic PDF proof of the floor plans for your review and approval prior to issuing the final work products..

Final Deliverables...

Our floor plans are printed on card stock paper and delivered to you with a Compact Disk that includes all AutoCAD files as well as original PDF files so you are able to open them on your own computer.
